Language, editions and access
Can I use the app in English or Hebrew?
Yes. The app has English and Hebrew interfaces, with right-to-left layout for Hebrew. Use the language control in the app header; in English, the switch to Hebrew is labeled עברית. See the app tour.
What is the difference between LeadKnight and Nadlanite?
LeadKnight is the general-purpose edition. Nadlanite is the real-estate edition, with property-oriented wording and tools. Branding follows the workspace: the same concept may be called a campaign in one workspace and a property in another. See getting started.
Why can I not find a feature that another person can see?
Check the current workspace and your permissions first. Some features are not enabled for every workspace. If you do not see a feature in the menu, it may not be enabled for your workspace yet; a missing menu item is not a reason to create a new account. See settings and team access.
Why do my campaigns or connections seem to be missing?
Make sure you are viewing the intended workspace. Use Switch workspace and check Current workspace. Content and permissions belong to a workspace, so switching workspaces can change what is shown. See team and workspaces.
Connections and publishing
Which social networks can I connect?
The social-account catalog includes Facebook Pages, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business, Reddit and Threads. Availability depends on what is enabled for your workspace, and some integrations are beta; this list does not promise that every connection is available to you. Check the cards in Connections and follow Connect social accounts. Facebook-group posting has its own connection guide, separate from ordinary social-account connections.
Do all social networks require the Chrome extension?
No. The browser extension is used for Facebook-group posting from your browser; other social-account connections use their platform connection flow. Facebook-group accounts can also have a cloud-phone publishing option where available. Follow extension installation, cloud phones or social-account connections for the path you are using.
Does Chrome have to stay open for Facebook-group posts?
When the account uses My browser only, posts wait while the browser extension is offline. Browser, cloud as backup uses the browser first and needs a connected cloud phone for the backup rail. Do not assume a paired extension is online just because it was connected previously. See the extension guide and cloud phones.
Is there one fixed daily Facebook-group posting limit?
No single number describes every profile. Publishing settings shows an estimate for that profile, with the selected pace, available groups and allowed parts of the day affecting the schedule. One publication means one post in one group, not one campaign. See posting presets.
What do Safety, Balanced and Efficiency mean?
They are the Safety, Balanced and Efficiency posting presets. LeadKnight's Safety preset uses trusted input events dispatched through the Chrome DevTools Protocol, which explains the extension's debugger permission, together with a humanized behavior model that other automatic posters do not use. No setting guarantees complete safety. Read posting presets before changing the pace.
Why has an active campaign not posted immediately?
Check its schedule, selected destinations, posting identity and connection status on the campaign board. AI-created campaigns start paused: review the content before using Resume all. Group publishing also follows the profile's publishing settings: a paused profile does not publish until resumed. An active campaign is not a receipt proving that a particular post was sent. See scheduling and connections.
Which time zone controls scheduled publishing?
Scheduled campaigns use the workspace time zone. Check the time-zone information shown by the schedule rather than assuming it matches the device you are using. See scheduling, scheduled content and settings.
Where can I find planned content?
Open Scheduled content. On the phone tab bar, its shorter English label is Calendar. Use the calendar guide to distinguish planned content from content that has already gone out.
Is chatting with the assistant on WhatsApp the same as sending WhatsApp campaigns?
No. WhatsApp publishing and the assistant's WhatsApp connection are separate connections. Connecting one does not configure the other. See the assistant and connections; do not use an assistant conversation as proof that campaign sending is configured.
AI and paid ads
When does the AI allowance reset?
The daily allowance resets at midnight in the workspace time zone. Interactive chats also have rolling three-hour budgets, so a daily reset and the end of a rolling limit are not necessarily the same event. Read the availability time shown with the limit message. See the assistant guide.
Why can I reach the AI limit after only a few prompts?
Usage is not counted only by the number of prompts you type. Token budgets account for provider input and output; outbound assistant messages, WhatsApp chunks and media count toward message budgets. Scheduled AI uses daily tokens, while interactive chats also use rolling budgets. The amount available depends on the applicable plan and usage rules; there is no universal prompt count. See the assistant guide.
What should I do when the assistant asks for approval?
Review the action and its details before using Approve or Reject on an Approval needed card. Do not approve an action just to dismiss the message. If the approval has expired, that card can no longer approve it. See the assistant guide.
Is a saved or checked paid ad already spending money?
Saving and checking are not the same as launching. Paid ads have their own publishing, approval and delivery statuses. Review those states rather than treating a draft preview as proof of delivery. Start with paid ads.
Where should I look when an ad is not delivering or shows no spend?
Use paid ads to inspect the ad status, account connection and required approvals or platform issues. Organic content statistics and paid-ad results are different views; do not interpret organic analytics as an ad delivery report. See analytics.
Sign-in and billing
Why did I not receive the sign-up confirmation email?
Check spam and promotions first. The confirmation screen deliberately covers both a new address and an address that may already be registered: if you already have an account, sign in instead. If the confirmation link has expired, sign up again to request a fresh one. See create an account.
What if my password-reset link has expired?
Use Forgot password? to request another link, then use the latest email. The app also provides Send a new link when a recovery link is expired or already used. See your account.
I signed up with Google. Can I also use a password?
Use Continue with Google to sign in, then set a password in Settings. The Sign-in methods section provides Set or change password and may ask you to confirm your identity. See your account. Do not create a second account just to add a password.
Where do I find current plan and payment information?
Use Billing and the billing guide. Check the options and terms shown for your workspace instead of assuming a price, account allowance or payment arrangement from another workspace applies to you.
Integrations, privacy and support
Can I connect Claude or ChatGPT through the AI connector now?
The AI connector is not available yet. The AI connector guide describes the connection and consent flow for when it is turned on; it is not a promise of current availability.
Can I put my Developer API key in browser code or share it with support?
No. Treat the key as a credential for your server-side integration. Do not expose it in browser code, public repositories, screenshots or support requests. It acts within its workspace, scopes and your current permissions. See Developer API.
Where can I read about privacy and terms?
Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. They are also linked from sign-in and sign-up. For account-level questions, see your account; the FAQ is not a replacement for the legal policies.
How do I contact support?
Email [email protected]. Include the workspace, the exact message, what you tried and when the issue happened. Do not include passwords, keys or login links. The troubleshooting overview has a checklist for preparing the request.
