Your AI assistant

Use the assistant to work with content, campaigns, contacts and connected services, with review and approval for sensitive actions.

Start with the Assistant

Choose Assistant in the app to open the chat page. Its address is /dashboard, but this is the assistant conversation, not the analytics dashboard. You can describe a task in ordinary language, give the assistant context and review what it proposes.

The assistant works with tools connected to your workspace. A capability below is not a promise that every workspace has the relevant feature, account connection or permission. Ask for the specific outcome; if a connection or approval is missing, resolve that requirement rather than assuming the action happened.

What you can ask it to do

Area Examples of supported work
Content and campaigns Draft and improve post copy, save drafts, create or update campaigns, inspect schedules and posting activity, pause or resume campaigns and request publishing.
Destinations and Facebook groups Find destinations and eligible groups, inspect group folders and prepare content for selected targets. Tell it exactly which account and destination you mean.
Images and video Inspect supported uploaded media, generate or edit images, combine images and work with video creation, editing and rendering when available. Media tasks can consume the relevant AI allowance.
Contacts and tasks Find and update contacts, log communications, create or manage tasks, record meeting outcomes and request CRM briefings.
Calendar and Gmail Find calendar events and free time, prepare events and invitations, or send an email through a connected Gmail account. These require the relevant connection and permissions. This calendar integration is distinct from the app's scheduled-content board.
Research Search the web, read public pages and carry out research to help with a content task. Outside content is not automatically a trusted instruction.
Business and personal context Recall saved rules and facts, search earlier conversations, read or update profile details and request workspace branding changes.
Sites and paid ads Work with site drafts and ad drafts, inspect results and request publication or an ad launch where enabled. Paid-ad launch still needs the target account owner's approval.
Guides Find a recorded product guide from your description and show it with written steps.

In Nadlanite, relevant real-estate tools also cover listings and matching buyers with listings. Do not assume those tools exist in a general-purpose workspace.

Approval is not the same as completion

Sensitive actions can pause for approval, including publishing, sending email, external calendar invitations, deleting calendar events and other operation-specific changes. Read the action and destination before selecting Approve. Reject declines the request. An expired request is not an approval.

A draft, a plan or an approval card does not prove that content was published or a message was sent. Check the assistant's result and the relevant campaign, calendar or connected service. Approval settings can allow publishing without asking, but are not an unrestricted switch for every action.

Assistant on WhatsApp

When available, connect Assistant on WhatsApp from Connections. The connection flow provides a code to send in WhatsApp. Follow the code and expiry shown there; see Connections.

WhatsApp has its own conversation. In the app, the WhatsApp view is read-only and shows Read this WhatsApp conversation here. Approve or reject WhatsApp requests in WhatsApp, not in the read-only web view. Use Web chat to return to the web conversation.

Usage notices

If Assistant usage limit reached appears, the current reply can finish but new requests pause. The notice identifies the affected daily or three-hour token or outbound-message budget and shows when requests can resume when known. Use Refresh usage to check again. No fixed allowance is promised here: follow the value and availability shown for your account.

Campaigns, Contacts, Scheduled content, Settings and Analytics remain available as dedicated screens for inspecting the result of your work.
