Find your campaigns

In LeadKnight, Campaigns brings together each goal, its content and its publications. In the Nadlanite real-estate edition the same /campaigns page is called Properties, and the entry action is New property rather than New campaign. The workspace edition determines the wording; these are not two menus you must keep in sync.

  1. Open Campaigns or Properties.
  2. Use Search by name or goal to find an item.
  3. Choose Sort: Recently updated, Newest first, Name or Most urgent.
  4. Use Status, From date and To date to narrow the list. Clear dates removes the date bounds.
  5. Under View, choose Cards or List. Open an item's card or row to reach its board.
  6. Expand the archived section to find archived items. An empty current section does not mean the archive is empty.

Cards show Posts today, Last 7 days, Active posts and Active networks where available. An included paid-ad or linked-site indicator is a pointer to that association, not proof that an ad is delivering or that every post succeeded.

If there are no items, the page invites you to use the new-item action. On phones with existing items, the page's new-campaign button may be hidden; use the navigation add control.

Understand the structure

  • A campaign holds related content for a goal; in Nadlanite, a property holds related property marketing.
  • A post holds text and media.
  • A network card represents that post on a particular account/network and format. Its destinations, schedule and state can differ from another card of the same post.
  • An ad set groups cards inside the board. A folder alone is not a launched paid advertisement.

Open the campaign board guide for filters, post popups, ad-set folders, publication outcomes and attention messages.

Create and add content

I want to… Guide
Write and publish the first post myself Create a campaign manually
Give AI a brief, choose content types/ideas and review a sample Create a campaign with AI
Add content without creating another campaign Add another post
Create, improve or discuss wording inside the composer AI writing tools
Set one-time, recurring or Facebook-group timing Scheduling
Edit, pause, resume, archive, restore or remove future sends Manage campaigns

Manual publishing is an explicit approval to send to the chosen destinations and schedules. AI creation has a review pause: inspect the generated content and use Resume all when ready. Saving, scheduling and background creation are not themselves proof of publication.

Nadlanite property path

The property AI flow uses structured property details and skips the general content-types/ideas steps:

  1. Enter address, contact and property details.
  2. Describe the property, upload media and choose the photo policy.
  3. Choose destinations, review the sample and create.
  4. Review the paused posts on the board, then Resume all.

Results and next steps

Use the board's Summary and individual network-card metrics to inspect performance. A scheduled or active campaign is not a delivery receipt for every destination. For broader reporting see analytics, and for date-based content management see calendar.

If something goes wrong

  • Nothing matches these filters.: clear the search, status or date restrictions before assuming content disappeared.
  • Creating the campaign: background work is still running. Open the board to see posts as they become ready.
  • Waiting to continue with an allowance message: follow the displayed continuation time. The page explains when creation resumes automatically.
  • Creating the campaign didn't finish: inspect the board for already-created posts rather than assuming none exist.
  • Needs attention: open the card's explanation and follow the cause-specific fix.
  • Facebook-group publishing waits on the browser: see extension installation and pairing.
