Plans and billing
Where to find billing
Open the account avatar and choose My billing. The page heading is Billing. This is your personal billing view across the seats you pay for, not just the current workspace. Your plan, Transaction history, Billing information and Payment method describe your own arrangements. Team seats provides workspace controls when your role or sponsorship allows them.
Billing and purchase availability can differ between workspaces. If purchase is not available for yours, follow the on-screen message; do not assume that opening the billing page means checkout is enabled for everyone.
Guides in this area
- Choose a plan and start a trial: what is included, monthly pricing, commitments, eligibility and confirmation.
- Complete secure card setup: new-card popup, returning to the original tab and uncertain outcomes.
- Manage plans, cards and invoices: billing contact, changes, cancellation and payment status.
- Understand AI assistant allowances: daily and short-term limits, reset time and usage notices.
Seats and who pays
Each person has a seat in each workspace they use. A role and a seat are different: the role controls permissions, while the seat's state controls subscription access. Viewer seats are half the plan price. With self-pay you set up your own seat; with sponsored billing a sponsor pays and sets it up.
Joining a workspace or accepting an invitation is not, by itself, confirmation of a charge. A paid action shows its price and consequences before confirmation. A sponsor may need Assign plan on Team after a member joins. See Team.
Trials, terms and actual amounts
The public sign-up screen advertises ten free days. The plan/seat flow shows actual eligibility and duration, requires a card for the trial, and explains that no charge is made today during the trial. Cancel before it ends to avoid the first charge. If your free trial has already been used, the dialog shows the amount due today instead.
Monthly, quarterly and yearly choices are billed monthly. Quarterly and yearly choices have a commitment; canceling renewal does not cancel payments remaining within that commitment. Always use the current quote, including VAT and the effective date, rather than a price remembered from a video or this guide.
Reading status
Trial, Active, Payment issue, Frozen, Ended, Payment being confirmed, Needs a card and Not set up are different states. A completed card-entry window is not proof of an active seat or paid invoice. Return to the original app tab and read the result. If a payment is being confirmed, follow that message rather than paying again.
Paid-campaign fees, when shown, are separate from seat charges. The billing interface describes 10% of actual ad spend plus VAT and may show an estimate for the current month; the final amount uses the platform's final figures. See Paid ads for campaign operations.
