Calendar
What this area is for
Scheduled content combines upcoming campaign occurrences with recorded publishing results in a weekly view. It helps answer two different questions: what is planned, and what actually happened? A future plan is not proof that a post was published.

Navigate the week
- Open
/calendar. The board shows seven days around the currently selected week and highlights today. - Use Previous week or Next week to move one week at a time. The date range between the arrow buttons shows the displayed week.
- Press Today to return to the week containing today in the workspace time zone.
- Inspect a day's cards. The current day's heading separates published and scheduled counts; other days show their item count. These counts follow the active filters and are not audience or engagement metrics.
The week begins on Monday in English and Sunday in Hebrew. Dates and publishing times are grouped by the workspace time zone, not necessarily your device's local zone. If a post appears on an unexpected day, check workspace time-zone settings before changing its schedule.
On a phone, days stack vertically and empty days are compact. When a day has more than five displayed entries, use +{count} more to open the complete day in a scrolling dialog. A folded group block is one displayed entry and can contain many individual records.
Filter the board
The desktop filter row offers All channels, All campaigns, and Any status. On a phone, open Filter, choose Channel, Campaign, or Status, then press Show results to close the filter window. Choices apply as you make them.
| Status filter | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Any status | Upcoming entries and the returned past results, including failures and unconfirmed results. |
| Planned | Upcoming occurrence entries that are not cancelled or skipped. This is a planning view, not evidence of publication. |
| Published | Results marked Published or Posted (no link yet); WhatsApp summaries with sent messages can also appear. |
| Skipped | Cancelled or skipped occurrence entries. |
Channel and campaign choices are based on the displayed week's data. A selected filter stays selected when you move to another week, even if it has no matching entries there. Return all three controls to their unrestricted choices before concluding the week is empty.
Understand the cards and labels
| Label or appearance | How to read it |
|---|---|
| Planned | An expected occurrence, including a projected future slot. Lighter or dashed entries are upcoming, not already posted. |
| Scheduled | An occurrence with a materialized or queued record whose scheduled time has passed, as displayed by this calendar. It is not a success confirmation; inspect the actual result or campaign. |
| Published | A recorded successful publishing outcome. View post opens the direct post when a link is available. |
| Posted (no link yet) | A posting outcome recorded without a direct post link. Do not confuse the missing link with a fully verified direct URL. |
| Failed | The recorded publishing attempt failed. Open the campaign to investigate. |
| Not confirmed | The outcome has not been confirmed. Do not treat it as success or automatically create a duplicate post. |
| Skipped or a cancelled entry | The occurrence will not publish as planned. A cancellation explanation may be available on the entry. |
Individual upcoming cards show a time, channel, campaign name, and status; selecting one opens its campaign. Past-result cards show the destination or account, the result, a campaign link when available, and a post link when available. A result without an associated campaign can be labelled Quick post.
WhatsApp results are grouped by send and day. Their summaries distinguish sent, failed, and not-confirmed message counts; selecting one opens the related campaign's send details. These counts are messages, not social-post engagement.
Inspect Facebook groups
Facebook-group entries are folded so the board remains readable.
- Press an upcoming Facebook groups block. The summary reports planned occurrences, distinct groups, and campaigns; these are different counts.
- In the detail window, read Group destination, Scheduled time, Campaign, and Status for each occurrence. The destination may also include the posting profile's name or identifier.
- Select the campaign link to investigate the underlying schedule or posting setup.
- For a past-results Facebook groups block, open it and inspect each group's destination, profile, time, and outcome separately. Do not use the fold's heading as proof that every row succeeded.
For published group results, a direct View post link is shown when available. Otherwise the app may offer a link to your posts in the group, or indicate that the link is unavailable. Check the actual row and destination rather than assuming every group has a direct permalink.
Rules and current limits
- The calendar is a reading and navigation surface. It does not offer drag-to-reschedule, moving an occurrence, or skipping a post directly on the board. Open the campaign to work with its available scheduling controls.
- Add post starts creation; it does not save or publish a post by itself.
- A projected slot may change as the campaign's schedule is resolved. It is not a delivery guarantee.
- Cancellation reasons can include a disconnected channel, an inactive campaign, unavailable media, or elapsed publishing permission. Some missed-time explanations explicitly say that missed slots are not published late; fix the cause and review the campaign rather than expecting automatic catch-up.
If something goes wrong
| Symptom | Meaning and next step |
|---|---|
| No posts | Check the displayed week and all filters. This means no matching displayed entries, not necessarily no content in the workspace. |
| The scheduled-content load warning appears | Some scheduled posts may be missing. Check your connection and reload before relying on the board as a complete schedule. |
| Couldn’t load past results. Scheduled content is still shown. | Plans are available but historical outcomes failed to load. Do not infer success or failure from the remaining planned cards. Reload to fetch the results again. |
| Showing the first results for this week | The returned results are truncated. The week is not a complete historical report; open the relevant campaign for more detail. |
| A day or time looks shifted | Check the workspace time zone and the original campaign schedule. The calendar uses workspace-local dates. |
| A group looks missing | Clear filters, expand the day's additional entries, and inspect the folded Facebook groups block. |
