What you can do here
Sites brings together the creation prompt and My sites. Create One page or a Full website, then open the studio to review, edit and publish. Creating or saving a draft does not by itself publish it.
Note: If you don't see Sites in the menu, it isn't enabled for your workspace yet. A direct link can show Sites isn't available in this workspace yet.
Find an existing site
- Open Sites.
- Under My sites, choose Mine or Shared with me. All workspace appears for roles permitted to see the workspace's sites.
- Open the site, or use Site actions → Open in editor.
- Check its status: Private, Live, Unpublished changes, Removed or Building…. The cards also show visits and leads for 30 days when data is available.
A viewer can browse but cannot create. Editing requires ownership or shared edit access; being a workspace administrator does not automatically grant editing access to every site.
Guides in this area
- Create a page or a full website with AI: description, language, photos, campaign links and website planning.
- Edit pages in the studio: sections, blocks, text, images, shared content and page settings.
- Lead forms and booking: form fields, lead destinations, notifications and booking prerequisites.
- Review, preview and publish: draft previews, public access and publication checks.
- Free addresses and custom domains: address changes, DNS connection and SSL status.
Campaign connections
A site can be linked to campaigns. In a campaign's Landing pages, Create landing page starts creation and Connect existing site attaches a saved site. Main is only a label: choosing it does not change campaign posts or ads. See campaigns.
In the real-estate edition, creation can also connect a property. Property-specific sections depend on the site's property pages; they are not general business fields.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| Sites are missing | Check Mine and Shared with me, and confirm you are in the intended workspace. |
| Data could not load | Use Try again. Do not create a duplicate merely because the list failed to refresh. |
| View-only access | Ask the owner to grant edit access through Access. |
| A removed site | Opening or editing it is not proof that it can be republished; publication can be blocked for a taken-down site. |
