Video Studio projects and AI video creation
Start a video with AI, an empty project or a template, review the plan and reopen projects or finished videos from the library.

Find your videos
Video Studio opens the Your videos library. Open a project to continue work; Load more reveals more projects. Video actions offers Duplicate, Delete and Export where available. Deleting a project removes the project, not its media from the library.
Note: If you don't see Video Studio in the menu, it isn't enabled for your workspace yet. Direct access can show Video Studio isn't available in this workspace yet.
Editors can create and edit; viewers can preview. Desktop projects open the hosted studio, while phones use the in-app storyboard. The layouts are different, so not every desktop layer control appears on a phone.
Choose a starting point
| Starting point | What happens |
|---|---|
| Create → Create with AI | Describe the video and receive an editable plan before making it. |
| Create → Manual creation | Enter Video title and Aspect ratio, then Create video to start an empty project. |
| Start with a template | Choose a template, fill its text and media requirements and create a project. The dialog tells you how many photos or clips are required. |
Templates include general formats such as Story, Special offer, Testimonial and Tips and advice, alongside property-oriented formats. Choose content that actually matches your business rather than leaving example facts in place.
Create a video with AI
- Choose Create → Create with AI.
- Fill What should the video say? with the story, audience, offer and verified facts, up to 2,000 characters.
- Choose Language, the offered length, Music and Voiceover settings. Hebrew and English are available language choices. With voiceover, captions are included from its script.
- Use Choose media for 1–30 photos and clips, inspect the selected set and remove unwanted items. Uploading is not complete while Preparing media… is still shown.
- Request the plan through Write the plan. Your video plan appears with editable scenes.
- Read each scene's line and On-screen text. Use Change picture, Motion, Add scene or Delete to adjust it, and reorder scenes to tell the intended story. Choose Style, Voice and Captions as offered.
- Keep the plan within its constraints: at most eight scenes, lines that fit ten seconds and total estimated duration no more than 60 seconds. Shorten text or remove scenes when warned.
- Wait for Saved. If saving failed, choose Save again before creation. Write again replaces your plan edits after confirmation; it is not an undo-preserving edit.
- Choose Create the video. Progress reports script, voice, AI scenes, assembly and export. Wait for Your video is ready.
- Review the finished result, then Download, Use in campaign or Edit in Video Studio. A campaign handoff does not publish the video by itself.
Credits and availability
AI options depend on the workspace, supported aspect ratio, available capability and displayed credit allowance. The library can show remaining weekly AI clips and the reset date. Use the amounts shown for your workspace; there is no universal allowance in this guide.
A finished result can explicitly report that weekly AI scenes were used up and the video was made without them. Inspect the result instead of assuming every scene was AI-generated.
If something goes wrong
| Symptom | Recovery |
|---|---|
| Library failed to load | Choose Try again. |
| Editor did not open | Use Open Video Studio to retry opening the existing project. |
| Media still being prepared | Wait and try again shortly; avoid repeatedly uploading the same asset. |
| Plan changed in another window | Choose Reload and review the new version before continuing. |
| Daily video limit reached | The plan can remain saved; create it after the daily limit renews. |
| Plan too long | Shorten a line or delete a scene until warnings clear. |
| Video could not finish | Read the failure on the project page; do not treat a project entry as a finished export. |
