What this is for
The Earn page opens Earn with LeadKnight. When available, the affiliate program lets you share a code with customers. The code can give a first-payment discount while earning you a commission on qualifying paid charges, subject to your contract. Registration or a trial alone is not a paid commission event.
Before you start
If you don't see Earn in the menu, it isn't enabled for your workspace yet. The page can also show The program isn't open yet. Prepare your business type and a valid Israeli business number, and read Affiliate terms before joining.
Join and create a code
- Open Earn and review the rules shown. They explain the discount/commission split, payout conditions and number of qualifying customer payments. Your contract can differ from the displayed introductory defaults.
- Choose Business type: Exempt dealer, Licensed dealer or Company. Enter Business number.
- Select I agree to the affiliate terms and choose Join the program. On success the active-account controls appear.
- Under Create your code, review or enter Code. It must contain 4–20 English letters or digits. The suggested code is editable before creation.
- Move Customer discount to choose the first-payment discount. Read the live summary of what the customer gets, your commission on each qualifying payment, and the payment count.
- Choose Create code. Once created, the page displays the code, its expiry and inactivity deadline.
- Choose Copy and share that code with the intended customer. If copying fails, select and copy it manually. The customer must actually apply an eligible code in the billing flow; sharing it is not proof of attribution.
Change the split and track referrals
For an existing code, change Customer discount, review the updated summary and choose Save. The page explicitly says this applies to customers who use your code from now on. It does not retroactively rewrite existing referrals.
Your contract shows your maximum discount, commission pool and payments per customer. Use those actual values instead of assuming every affiliate has the same terms. Customers, Earned and On hold summarize activity. The customer list uses anonymous labels such as a customer number and shows payment count and status, not a directory of customer identities.
The UI describes code expiry and revocation after 31 days without use. Check the dates on your own code. See Affiliate payouts for when recorded commission can actually be paid.
Business details, leaving and suspension
Use Edit business details to correct your registered business information and Save to submit it. Leave the program shows a confirmation that the code stops working while money already earned remains payable subject to requirements. Leaving and rejoining does not restart existing referrals; the page says they stay stopped.
A suspended account requires administrator restoration. If the program is closed to changes, recorded earnings remain available for viewing; repeating the join action does not reopen it.
If something goes wrong
| Symptom | What to do |
|---|---|
| Invalid business number | Check that the Israeli business number is correct; do not enter an invented number. |
| Terms not accepted | Read and accept the affiliate terms before joining. |
| Code refused | Use the allowed length and characters, and read the specific server refusal before choosing another. |
| No customers yet | A shared code alone does not mean a customer used it and paid. |
| Commission is on hold | Review the contract and payout requirements, not just the earned total. |
| Program closed or account suspended | Follow that status; only the authorized program administrator can restore suspended access. |
