# Set your workspace time zone

Check and change the workspace time zone used to resolve scheduled campaign times.

Canonical: https://docs.lead-knight.com/en/settings/time-zone/

## What this changes

The workspace **Time zone** determines how scheduled campaign times are resolved. It is separate from your interface language and from the time zone detected in your browser. Read the workspace value before planning a publication for a particular local hour.

## Before you start

Check the current workspace and the local time zone you intend to use. This setting belongs to the workspace; it is not just a display preference for the current browser.

If you are investigating a specific publication time, keep the relevant campaign's schedule available so you can compare it after the change. Changing the zone is not the same as editing an individual scheduled post.

## Choose a time zone

1. Open **Settings**.
2. Scroll to **Advanced** and locate **Time zone**. The card shows **Workspace time zone** and its current value.
3. Compare it with **Browser time zone:** below. The browser value is a reference, not a confirmation that it has been saved for the workspace.
4. Select **Change**. A searchable **Workspace time zone** selector appears.
5. Search for and choose the required zone, such as `Asia/Jerusalem`. The selector uses time-zone identifiers rather than a manually typed UTC offset.
6. The picker closes and the new value is saved automatically. Wait for saving to finish and check for an error or an unsaved-setting notice.
7. Open **Scheduled content** and the relevant campaign to check the dates and times you intend to use before publishing.

There is no separate **Save** button on this card. **Cancel** closes the open selector without making a new choice.

## What the displayed values mean

| Display | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Workspace time zone** | The zone currently shown for workspace scheduling. |
| **Browser time zone:** | The zone detected on this device. It can differ from the workspace zone. |
| **Time-zone changes are not saved yet.** | The setting is not persisted. Do not treat the displayed choice as a successfully stored workspace setting. |

When the time-zone service is unavailable, the card may display an inferred browser zone with the unsaved notice. That is not evidence that scheduling has adopted the browser zone.

## If something goes wrong

- The card fails to load: select **Retry**. Do not guess the workspace zone from your computer clock.
- A save error appears: the card rolls back to the previous value. Check the connection, select **Change** and try again.
- The picker closes immediately after a selection: this is expected; selection starts saving automatically.
- **Change** is temporarily disabled: wait for the current save to finish.
- The unsaved notice remains: the workspace setting was not confirmed as persisted. Do not rely on it for an important scheduled publication; resolve the unavailable setting first.
- A post appears at an unexpected time: compare the workspace zone, the campaign's actual schedule and the calendar view. Adjust the intended campaign schedule rather than repeatedly changing the workspace zone as a workaround.
