# Describe a property and choose how AI uses its photos

Add property-specific instructions and media, then choose whether AI keeps, enhances or takes inspiration from your photos.

## What this is for

After entering [property details](https://docs.lead-knight.com/en/campaigns/property-details/), give the AI the context that does not fit structured fields: distinctive features, the intended audience, tone and facts to emphasize. Then decide how the property's photos may be used.

## Before you start

Check that address, price and contact facts are correct. Prepare photos and videos you have permission to publish. If the listing must show the real property without generated alternatives, choose the photo option that reflects that requirement.

## Add a description and media

1. Continue from **Property details** to the property's brief step.
1. In **About the property (optional)**, write the relevant description and instructions. The brief is optional, but details you want the AI to know should not be left for it to guess.
1. Keep the brief within 8,000 characters. Check **The AI will also use:** to understand the personal/business context being supplied.
1. Under **Media (optional)**, choose **upload media** or drag photos/videos into the upload area.
1. Wait until **Uploading…** finishes. Use the remove control on the wrong file, and **Add media** to add another file within the limit displayed.
1. If you do not want to upload media, continue without it. The AI can create images; that is not the same as using photographs of this specific property.

## Choose the photo policy

When image files are attached, **What should the AI do with your photos?** offers:

| Choice | What you are allowing |
|---|---|
| **Use my photos as they are** | Use the supplied photos rather than choosing an inspired-image mode. |
| **Enhance my photos — and create more like them** | Improve photos and allow additional images inspired by them. |
| **Create new images inspired by my photos** | Generate new imagery based on the photos as inspiration. |

1. Select the option that matches what may be shown in this property's marketing.
1. Review the uploaded images and your written instructions together.
1. Press **Continue** to move to [networks and the sample](https://docs.lead-knight.com/en/campaigns/property-publish/).
1. At the sample stage, inspect both the wording and the image. Check that the result represents the property accurately before creating.

> **Important:** Permission to generate an image is not a guarantee that its contents are factual. Review the sample and the resulting posts before starting publication.

## Options and limits

The upload area shows its current file-count limit. Wait for every selected upload to complete before continuing. A description and uploaded media are optional; the address and phone requirements belong to the preceding property-details step.

Photo policy is an input to the AI workflow, not a publishing destination. Choosing it does not select Facebook groups or start posting.

## If something goes wrong

- **We could not upload … You can try again.**: retry the affected file; check that it appears successfully before continuing.
- **The upload is still running**: wait for completion rather than creating with an unfinished selection.
- **Keep the brief within 8,000 characters to continue.**: shorten the description without removing required facts from the structured details.
- The sample image could not be made: the sample may still contain text and the property can still create images. Read the exact notice; do not assume an image failure is a failed property save.
- A result is not suitable: revise the brief or photo policy and inspect the next sample before creating.

1. Describe what makes the property worth seeing. This step is optional.
2. Add a short description of the property.
3. The AI can also use your personal and business profile.
4. Click upload media to add property photos or videos.
5. When the description and media are ready, continue to choose networks.

1. After uploading media, choose how the AI should use your photos.
2. Use them as they are when your photos are already ready to post.
3. Or ask the AI to enhance them and create similar images.
4. You can also create new images inspired by your photos.
5. For this property, use the uploaded photos as they are.
6. Click Continue to choose where the property is posted.
